We require a full time experienced administrator which can take on general office duties.

40 Hours per Week
Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.30pm

Main Duties:
· To answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner
· Invoicing, raising purchase orders or creating delivery notes when required using Sage 50 accounts
· To adhere to the health and safety policy of Quinton Tyres Ltd
· Data processing
· Inputting Data
· Assisting the team with duties such as photocopying and filing
· Dealing with both incoming and outgoing emails via Microsoft Outlook
· Using the in house systems accurately
· Greeting guests in reception
· Any other tasks deemed necessary by managers

Applicants Must:
· IT literate and have experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Organised
· Flexible attitude and the ability to adapt
· Good attention to detail
· Experience with working with deadlines
· Able to prioritise tasks

· Salary is negotiable depending on experience
· £100 monthly attendance bonus for no unauthorised absence
· Weekly pay

Holiday Entitlement:
· 20 days plus bank holidays per year
