We require an experienced Business Development Manager based in Dukinfield to assist in acquiring new customers and selling additional products or services to existing customers.

40 Hours per Week
Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.30pm
The successful candidate maybe required to attend conferences, meetings and events outside of these working hours

Main Duties:
• Involved in defining long-term organisational strategic goals focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Building and retaining key customer relationships
• Identifying business opportunities and expanding clientele
• Presenting solutions and services to clients
• Networking
• Attend conferences and events
• Forecasting sales targets and making sure they are met
• Overseeing marketing literature
• Providing senior management with feedback and reports
• Maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions
• Identifying areas for expansion and development

Applicants Must:
• Thorough knowledge of the market
• A strategic mind-set
• A positive attitude
• Negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills
• IT literate
• An understanding of marketing principles
• Confident in numeracy
• Experience in a Business Development Manager role or similar
• A degree would be preferable
• Team working and leadership skills
• The ability to build rapport
• A clean full UK driving licence
